Since 1963 a certified curriculum of ceaseless commitment in the quest for excellence.
For us, constructing buildings is not just about putting up walls, but about giving tangible form to dreams and plans and sharing them.
With this vision, we build timber structures that last, improve the lives and well-being of those who live in them, and guarantee safety, comfort and beauty, while still respecting the environment.
For over 60 years, a passionate progression characterised by the constant innovation of a product that has evolved over the decades until reaching an engineering excellence that is now a reference point even for technicians and professionals in the sector. This wealth of experience has, over the course of many years, shaped and moulded our identity and our organisation, allowing us to achieve technical and design expertise on all of the processes involved in the sustainable and renewable building where wood plays a key role.

Why choose us
Choosing Subissati means investing not only in safety, professionalism and quality, but in a better tomorrow, built together.
The team
A team that combines expertise, vision and attention to detail. The people who transform every project into an experience of excellence.
Passion projects
People, their future, their concrete needs and the communities to which they belong lie at the heart of our projects.
The most authentic and philanthropic dimension of our construction work is based on this vision: our approach goes beyond the mere construction of buildings and translates into spaces designed to welcome, support and nurture those who live in them.
It is a source of pride to know that we can contribute to projects that are not just constructions, but genuine means of solidarity, inclusion, collective growth and rebirth for entire communities. Each building thus becomes a place where technology meets ethics, functionality meets hope and building quality becomes a vehicle for human values.
It is this vision that led to the decision to collaborate on and support the projects for the reconstruction and redevelopment of educational spaces, conceived and promoted by the Andrea Bocelli Foundation, ente filantropico, in the areas affected by the 2016 earthquake in the province of Macerata.
We call them “Passion Projects” because they represent one of the many charitable initiatives we care about, designed to restore social value to the area in which we operate, an area that has made resilience a virtue and rebirth a mission. These projects do not just reflect what we build, but above all what we believe, namely that a building can become a symbol of hope, inclusion, and future for those who need it most.
The European target: zero emissions
The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) is a European regulation with the goal of achieving zero-emission buildings by 2050.
By 1 January 2027, Member States should take special administrative and financial measures to encourage the major renovation of the least energy-efficient buildings and with multiple units with very high energy performance. However, the fundamental topic of the new European policies does not only concern the use of high-performance energy systems, but above all the use of means, systems and technologies aimed at progressively reducing the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere.
Removal of CO2 is based on a wide range of technical and economical approaches that remove carbon dioxide directly from the atmosphere, guaranteeing its storage for a long period of time.
Use of carbon removal provides us with the chance to restore balance to the planet, by removing both recent and older emissions from the atmosphere.
To this end, choosing wood is a crucial choice: trees absorb and store carbon dioxide, turning every building into a natural carbon deposit. Wood therefore offers a dual advantage compared to concrete and steel: reduction of emissions and storage of carbon in the structure itself.
