+25 years of quality
The quality journey began in 1999, when we obtained our first certification, according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard. Over the years, we have constantly improved our quality management system.
+1000 houses built
We have constructed over 1000 buildings, tackling a wide variety of design and technical challenges, and continuously improving our construction system. Since 2012, with our first CasaClima "Gold" certification, we have confirmed an approach based on quality and personalisation: every project is unique and tailored to the needs of the client and the designer.
+60 schools built
With over 60 school buildings constructed during our decades of experience, we are the company with the largest number of schools built with timber frame structures. Built in record time, these multi-purpose buildings are safe, environmentally friendly and have low energy consumption, providing a comfortable indoor microclimate for the benefit of teachers and pupils.
+40 multi-floor buildings built
Our experience has enabled us to construct over 40 multi-floor buildings, including the first town hall made entirely of glulam in Italy. Multi-floor means buildings with at least three floors built of wood. Subissati's technical office pays particular attention to this type of construction. These are generally multi-family or commercial buildings.
